This site is the proposed location for a significant mixed-use development. The four-story project includes around 90 residential units—a mix of studios, one and two-bedroom apartments—above approximately 1,800 sq ft of ground-floor retail space. It would also offer semi-subterranean parking for about 90 vehicles and include 11 units set aside for very low-income residents as part of a density bonus agreement. The design—which incorporates lively facades—features communal courtyards on the second floor and a generous 5,400‑sq ft rooftop deck.
