Leadership
Martin Kulli is a fourth generation Los Angeles real estate developer with nearly 20 years of real estate acquisition and development experience. He specializes in highest-and-best-use scenario analyses, cash flow modeling and land entitlement for development projects.
In 2013, Martin formed, Olten Development, LLC. Martin has successfully led a diverse range of initiatives, from raw dirt to adaptive re-use projects. Notably, Martin has controlled the entitlement process for over 2,000 residential units, demonstrating his ability to navigate complex zoning regulations and environmental considerations with ease.
Martin earned graduate degrees in Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) from the University of Southern California and a Bachelors of Science in Applied Mathematics from the University of Rochester. Martin lives in Palos Verdes and has two amazing young children and a rambunctious dog. When he is not working, Martin enjoys hiking and smoking meats.
