Proposed by Ironwood, the plan envisions five three-story fourplexes—totaling 20 homes—comprising 15 units for low‑income households, four for moderate‑income, and one market‑rate manager’s unit. The design embraces contemporary community living, offering approximately 15,345 sq ft of living space across five buildings.
